Are you a paralegal?
No. A paralegal does not have a license and must work under an attorney's supervision. We are court certified legal document preparers. This means that we maintain certification and can work without an attorney.
Can I still get an attorney if I hire you?
Yes. You can get an attorney at any time. However, we cannot help if you are represented by an attorney. For instance, you could hire us to start your case, and then later decide to hire an attorney to represent you at hearing.
Why should I hire you?
