They prepare legal documents without being properly certified by the Arizona Judicial Branch. Further, some give legal advice and trick our community into believing they are certified to help them with their legal matters. Being a tax preparer, an insurance agent or holding an active notary does not give them certification to help with legal documents. They are pretenders.
